Location: Cuttack

A Recruiter who can make best use of consultancy services for manpower where ever it is necessary, or optimally using job portal & other professional networking sites and helping the line manager for necessary indenting manpower requisition as per recruitment policy.

  • Skills Required

    1. Experience in human resources management, MBA (HR) particularly in areas of resourcing, contract administration and pay & benefits administration.
    2. At least 2 years of experience in FMCG/Spices industry. Exposure to Odisha is mandatory.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Prepare and validate manpower requisition in coordination with Head of Departments & Zonal 
      Sales Heads and creating vacancy in SAP.
    2. Sourcing of CVs from job portal, agencies, and employee references and through head hunting within targeted time period.
    3. Screening and sort listing.
    4. Organise and conduct interview with Head of Departments & Zonal Sales Heads as per schedule.
    5. Processing of Interview & joining reimbursement.
    6. Preparation of pre offer file for selected candidate and scrutinizing documents.
    7. Carrying out reference check, employment verification etc.
    8. Salary negotiation and generating offer letter.
    9. Follow up the candidate for joining on or before agreed date.
    10. Maintaining and updating weekly recruitment MIS, Audit MIS, SAP MIS etc.

Sales Representative

Location: Deogarh, Cuttack, Angul, Rourkela, Baripada

A Sales Representative who can Manage, Identify & Appoint the FMCG Distribution channel, expanding the Retail coverage, ensuring product visibility, stock replenishment at Retail & meeting primary & secondary sales target, and report to Respective Officer/ Manager.

  • Skills Required

    1. Should be capable of Multi-tasking and dealing with challenges.
    2. Must be a go-getter and self-motivated, with willingness to take full ownership and drive the performance of his designated area of responsibility.
    3. Should have an eye for detail and be thorough in all his works.
    4. Should be capable of setting time-based goals for himself and be able to achieve them.
    5. Should participate wholeheartedly in documentation which may seem excessive, as SAP is under implementation and many processes are being streamlined.
    6. Should be a part of the change management.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Will be responsible to develop a channel/ agent in the local market/ shops/ outlets
    2. Need to manage the Distribution Channel Sales, visiting Retails Counters to ensure product visibility, Product availability & Market analysis & monitor competitor activities.
    3. To generate leads by visiting local shops/outlets and pitch for empanelment.

Zonal Head (Sales)

Location: Cuttack H.O

Looking for a Zonal Head who can manage the Regional Sales, Service and application team to meet the periodic (monthly) sales and profitability objectives by zone and should be able to handle any market within Odisha, if required. He should be fully aware of industry trends in terms of evolving customer need and competitor activities.

  • Skills Required

    1. Good analytical skills.
    2. Excellent Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Outlook.
    3. Should possess exceptional network that can be used in appointing new Super Stockists, Distributors, etc. in Odisha and if required across the country.
    4. Preferred that the candidate should have achieved a yearly target of 50 crores at least once in his career.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Ensure optimal stock levels with all stake holders like Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, etc. to ensure demand and supply is evenly matched. Also needs to ensure that there are no returns due to life expiry.
    2. Must ensure that the complete Sales Team is fully ethical, organised, transparent, highly motivated and constantly developing in knowledge and skill, with no bias at all levels.
    3. Will be responsible for Collections. Needs to constantly improve the cash flow by reducing the Credit Period and move towards a Cash and Carry environment.
    4. Needs to constantly push for higher market share in all segments like General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales including HoReCa, Direct Sales, etc.
    5. Will need to travel extensively across the market for a first hand feel of the market. This also includes surprise visits to discover the "default" status in the markets.
    6. Needs to play a key role in conducting dealers meet, retailers meet, caterers meet, etc.

Deputy Manager (Sales)

Location: Cuttack H.O

A Deputy Manager (Sales) who can develop and implement strategies for sales and marketing, based on the environment including government policies, competition and consumer preferences. One who can take responsibility for sales activities in his zone and report to Zonal head for Sales related activities.

  • Skills Required

    1. Must have handled minimum 2 zones of Odisha, during his professional career.
    2. Excellent communication skills.
    3. Very good analytical skills.
    4. Excellent Computer Skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
    5. Should possess exceptional network that can be used in appointing new Super Stockists, Distributors, etc. in Odisha and if required across the country.
    6. Should be capable of Multi-tasking and dealing with challenges.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Needs to prepare and present MIS Reports in respect of all Sales and Marketing activities as per defined periodicity, for Zonal Head review. Should be able to adapt to existing practices in the company and further improvise on the formats and practices for better planning, transparency, efficiency and accountability.
    2. Needs to collect Market intelligence from all parts of his zone and report to Zonal Head on a regular basis, along with proposals to counter competition moves to constantly increase the market share.
    3. Along with Zonal Head must forecast monthly sales SKU wise to enable accurate Production Planning and ensure an even demand throughout every month to prevent sudden surges in production/ despatch demands.
