A salted and spicy Indian lemonade having a cool refreshing drink - Jaljeera. It has a unique flavour and can be a refreshing choice in hot summer days. It can also be used in Chutneys, jams and jellies.

  1. Squeeze the lime, salt, pepper powder, RUCHI jaljeera powder, salt and sugar into a glass.
  2. Add 3 tbsp warm water and mix it well. Pour soda water into.it. Add lots of ice.
  3. For decoration mint leaves, sprinkle the lemon rind powder and lemon ring on top. Serve chilled.
