  1. Bring the milk to a boil and reduce flame to medium.
  2. Add salt and sugar to the milk and add Ruchi Kheer Mix.
  3. Let it cook for some time. Keep stirring it in between.
  4. Check if vermicelli is cooked till soft, once done, add chopped mango, mix it properly and refrigerate the Mango Kheer for at least one hour.
  5. Garnish the Mango Kheer with chopped mangoes on top and serve chilled.
