Aromatic and rich rice-based food made with spices and vegetables. Rich in carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, minerals and vitamins. Spicy, fragrant and colourful biriyani that will fill you to the heart's content.
- Heat Ghee and add all the vegetables. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add Biryani Masala to it. Add salt to taste.
- Mix vegetables and previously soaked basmati rice. Cook till rice and vegetable are done. Add roasted Cashew Nut and saffron.
- For Chicken/Fish/Mutton Biryani add 500gm Chicken/Fish/Mutton in place of the vegetables.
