Aromatic and rich rice-based food made with spices and vegetables. Rich in carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, minerals and vitamins. Spicy, fragrant and colourful biriyani that will fill you to the heart's content.

Directions

  1. Heat Ghee and add all the vegetables. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add Biryani Masala to it. Add salt to taste.
  2. Mix vegetables and previously soaked basmati rice. Cook till rice and vegetable are done. Add roasted Cashew Nut and saffron.
  3. For Chicken/Fish/Mutton Biryani add 500gm Chicken/Fish/Mutton in place of the vegetables.
